BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Waiver Instructions
STEP 1:
Send Your Unique Waiver Link to Parents
Send the unique waiver link provided for your event directly to parents. This link is specific to your group and event, so do not direct parents to the waiver on our general website. Sharing the correct link from your email will save you time and prevent confusion.
STEP 2:
Monitor Your Portal
Check your portal regularly to track who has completed the waiver. Follow up with parents who haven't signed yet to ensure all waivers are submitted before the event.
STEP 3:
Verify Waivers before Departure
Ensure every child boarding the bus has a completed waiver. Missing waivers will cause delays during check-in and may result in some kids being unable to participate in the activities.

Check your email for an invite to your Waiver Portal where you can easily manage waivers ahead of time—check who's already signed for your event in just a few clicks!
ARRIVAL
Check-in Process
When your group arrives, the Lead Chaperone will go inside to inform Lava Island staff of your arrival. Our team will provide a quick 2-minute briefing to ensure a smooth unloading and check-in process. After receiving the instructions, the Lead Chaperone will return to assist with unloading the kids from the bus.

Tax Exempt
All groups will automatically be charged tax. If your organization is tax-exempt, you must provide a copy of your tax-exemption certificate before your event date to avoid being charged.
PROCESSING
Payment
Payment is due on the day of your event, after confirming the final attendee count. The organization must make the payment in a single card transaction.
To estimate your total payment, multiply the per-person rate by the total number of Child Participants and Adult Chaperones attending.

This space was amazing and ideal for families of all ages! Great customer service, attention to detail and fun for all! Our group was greeted by staff who assisted us with getting signed in and made sure we had everything we needed! Five stars aren't enough!
This place is the best. Our kids range from toddler to preteen. Lava Island has something for each age group and they all had a blast. It was so nice for them to just run and play for hours. Kids are saying Lava Island was the best part of fall break.
This place is amazing. There is so much for kids to do. We had our daughter's birthday here and it was a huge hit. Highly, HIGHLY, recommend either for a couple hours or a kids party. Very cool.
