BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

Waiver Instructions

STEP 1:

Send Your Unique Waiver Link to Parents

Send the unique waiver link provided for your event directly to parents. This link is specific to your group and event, so do not direct parents to the waiver on our general website. Sharing the correct link from your email will save you time and prevent confusion.

STEP 2:

Monitor Your Portal

Check your portal regularly to track who has completed the waiver. Follow up with parents who haven't signed yet to ensure all waivers are submitted before the event.

STEP 3:

Verify Waivers before Departure

Ensure every child boarding the bus has a completed waiver. Missing waivers will cause delays during check-in and may result in some kids being unable to participate in the activities.

My kids love this place. Difference between Aurora and parker location. Parker locations trampoline Park is smaller but still fun and there are NOT message chairs. But I love that you can keep an eye on the kids easier. It's just as fun but smaller. There is a toddler section and a giant volcano to climb as well.

This place is awesome. Bright my 3 year old grandson this afternoon. Very clean and the staff couldn’t be nicer. Amari was so helpful and even got me a bandaid. Nicest guy. Definitely going back.

Very very clean and well done! Remember to bring grippy socks for little ones. I brought my 4 and 2 year old and they had a blast. The inside is also really ...

We just visited the newly opened Lava Island in Centennial, and it’s already a hit in our household. My six-year-old, Zachary, had an absolute blast—he didn’t stop moving the entire time (and yes, he slept well that night). The space is clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of areas for kids to explore and burn energy. One of the ...
