General Information

Lava Island is open Monday to Thursday from 10am to 8pm, Friday and Saturday from 10am to 9pm, and Sunday from 11am to 7pm. We may have extended hours during holidays and school breaks - please check our social media for updates.
Most attractions are suitable for children ages 3-15, though we do have dedicated areas for toddlers (0-3) and more challenging sections for teenagers and adults. All areas are clearly marked with age recommendations.
While walk-ins are welcome, we highly recommend booking in advance, especially during weekends, holidays, and school breaks. This ensures you have a guaranteed entry time and can avoid potential wait times.
Children should wear comfortable athletic clothing and socks. Shoes are not worn on most play equipment, but are required in the café and reception areas. For hygiene reasons, socks must be worn at all times, even in warmer months.
Yes, we have a large free parking lot available for all visitors. During peak times, additional overflow parking is available nearby.

Safety is our top priority. We have trained staff monitoring all play areas, regular equipment inspections, and clear safety guidelines posted throughout the facility. All guests must follow posted rules and staff instructions.
Yes, parents or guardians must supervise their children at all times. While our staff helps ensure safety, ultimate responsibility for supervision remains with the accompanying adult.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted, with the exception of water bottles and items for children with special dietary needs. We have a café with snacks, meals, and beverages available for purchase.
Yes, we maintain a lost and found area for items left behind. Items are held for 30 days before being donated to charity. Please fill out our lost item form or contact us if you've misplaced something.

This space was amazing and ideal for families of all ages! Great customer service, attention to detail and fun for all! Our group was greeted by staff who assisted us with getting signed in and made sure we had everything we needed! Five stars aren't enough!
This place is the best. Our kids range from toddler to preteen. Lava Island has something for each age group and they all had a blast. It was so nice for them to just run and play for hours. Kids are saying Lava Island was the best part of fall break.
This place is amazing. There is so much for kids to do. We had our daughter's birthday here and it was a huge hit. Highly, HIGHLY, recommend either for a couple hours or a kids party. Very cool.
