BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Waiver Instructions
STEP 1:
Send Your Unique Waiver Link to Parents
Send the unique waiver link provided for your event directly to parents. This link is specific to your group and event, so do not direct parents to the waiver on our general website. Sharing the correct link from your email will save you time and prevent confusion.
STEP 2:
Monitor Your Portal
Check your portal regularly to track who has completed the waiver. Follow up with parents who haven't signed yet to ensure all waivers are submitted before the event.
STEP 3:
Verify Waivers before Departure
Ensure every child boarding the bus has a completed waiver. Missing waivers will cause delays during check-in and may result in some kids being unable to participate in the activities.

ARRIVAL
Check-in Process
When your group arrives, the Lead Chaperone will go inside to inform Lava Island staff of your arrival. Our team will provide a quick 2-minute briefing to ensure a smooth unloading and check-in process. After receiving the instructions, the Lead Chaperone will return to assist with unloading the kids from the bus.

Tax Exempt
All groups will automatically be charged tax. If your organization is tax-exempt, you must provide a copy of your tax-exemption certificate before your event date to avoid being charged.
PROCESSING
Payment
Payment is due on the day of your event, after confirming the final attendee count. The organization must make the payment in a single card transaction.
To estimate your total payment, multiply the per-person rate by the total number of Child Participants and Adult Chaperones attending.

Fun place for the family, plenty of activities and opportunities to rest, recharge, saved keep going. The all day pass is the best deal. The food is ok, be prepared for movie theater prices though. This place is incredible! I found it by happenstance when it was too rainy to go to the zoo. The playground is huge, and I was able to climb around with my daughter easily. There's a fun trampoline section, the slides are super fun, the food was delicious, and the party rooms are so cute! I definitely plan on returning.
This place in Billings MT is awesome for both kids and adults to play! The best indoor playground we’ve ever taken our kids to. Billings has needed a place like this for a long time, and Lava Island has delivered. The entire facility is clean, including the equipment and restrooms. It has a good food court and really cool party rooms.
