You're in luck! While these group rates are only available Monday–Friday, we offer Party Packages ideal for weekend events. The Party Packages start at 16 people on the weekend, but our events team can help you bundle multiple packages together if you'd like to host a large event. These group rates are only available between the hours of 9:00–3:00 (ideal for field trips). If you're looking for an evening event, we recommend booking a Party Package. For events Monday–Friday, the Party Packages include 26 people. Multiple packages can be bundled together to host a larger event. See details & submit a request here: Party Packages
Outside food and drink are not allowed, but your group can order from our Group Events Menu and enjoy pizza for lunch! If you choose to order lunch, your visit time will be extended by 30 minutes at no charge to allow your group enough time to play and eat. You can decide about lunch up until a few days before your visit.

Waiver Required
Waiver Portal
- A digital waiver must be signed for each participant prior to arriving to play at Lava Island.
We provide access to an online portal where you can easily see which parents have completed the waiver in advance!
The Lava Island Participant Agreement is digital only and must be signed online. Paper waivers cannot be provided and will not be accepted. After confirming your group event details, we’ll send you an email with all the waiver information for you to share with parents.
A parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver for each participant. The organization making the reservation is responsible for coordinating and ensuring each participant has a waiver signed using the unique event link prior to arriving.
Participants who arrive without a completed waiver will not be able to enter. It is critical that each child has a waiver signed before entering Lava Island. Missing waivers may result in delayed or canceled events.
Great question! The unique link for your event’s waiver will be located in an email sent to you after your reservation details are confirmed. Do NOT use the general waiver link found on the website; using the general link may result in delays.

We’ll work with you! When you submit your request, please provide an estimate, and then we’ll do a final headcount on the day of based on who is actually able to attend.
Sure! We know that sometimes limitations with transportation or other circumstances may make it easier to schedule multiple visits on the same day. We typically split groups larger than 100 into multiple back-to-back or overlapping visits. We can help you find a solution that works best for your group.

Submit a request and we’ll help you confirm your visit! We know you’re busy and taking a phone call can be difficult; we’ll send you a few simple emails to get your event booked.
What to expect:
- A schedule proposal email with the times we can accommodate your group
- A confirmation email with the confirmed details
- A waiver portal email with your unique waiver link
A deposit is not required. If you need to cancel for any reason, please let us know so we can plan accordingly.
Full payment is due on the day of your visit. Advance payment is not necessary, and it’s better to wait until the day-of to confirm the final headcount.
Yes, the admission price is the same for all child participants and adult chaperones. On the day of your visit, we will calculate your final bill after completing a final count of who was in attendance.
Cash or card. Cards can be swiped, dipped, tapped, or manually entered. We do NOT accept checks or other payment methods. Payment must be made in one transaction.
We will honor your tax-exempt status. Please be prepared to submit your certificate of tax exemption and tax exemption ID as your event approaches. This information is not required to book an event.

I love to come to Lava Island and bring my kids because it's an affordable place to go to where parents can allow their kids to explore while able to unwind and relax too and check on their kids. They have plenty of seating and it's very clean I think this place is amazing!
We celebrated our daughter's 8th birthday at Lava Island and it was a huge success! The staff took care of everything, making it stress-free for us parents. The kids had an absolute blast on the trampolines and obstacle courses. Highly recommend their party packages!
