Important Information and Policies

Code of Conduct

Lava Island Patron Code of Conduct

Welcome to Lava Island! We strive to create an enjoyable environment for all guests. By visiting our facility, you agree to uphold this Code of Conduct.

Respect for Others

Guests must treat others with respect, and disruptive behavior such as yelling, physical aggression, or the use of inappropriate language is not tolerated.

Follow Posted Rules of Play

Guests must follow all posted rules and staff instructions in activity areas. Lava Island does not provide direct supervision or assess individual skill level, ability, competency, or suitability to use equipment.

Supervision Responsibility

Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult chaperone. Adult guests are responsible for ensuring the safety of the children in their care and their adherence to all posted rules.

Health Concerns

Participate in physical activities only under the direction and advice of a physician, particularly if you have any medical concerns. Guests experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness must take necessary precautions to protect others.

Non-compliance with posted rules and guidelines may result in removal from activities or the facility without a refund. Staff may revoke privileges and expel patrons for failure to follow Patron Code of Conduct.

Rules of Play

For a fun experience at Lava Island, please adhere to all posted rules. We're excited to have you visit Lava Island and want your visit to be fun for your family.

You're in charge of supervising your kids, and you should accompany them at all times. Don't forget—playing together makes the experience even more memorable!

Before the fun begins, take a moment to check out the posted Rules of Play, explain them to your kids, and help them follow the guidelines as they play today. Be sure to listen to all staff instructions along the way.

It's a good idea to pick a meeting spot ahead of time, just in case anyone gets separated. Keep track of your belongings. Foam pits have a way of eating things—don't take phones or valuables into them!

Make sure everyone in your group keeps their grip socks on. Bare feet are not allowed. Remember no shoes allowed on the playground and trampoline equipment.

Kindly remind your older kids to stay out of the toddler play zones so the little ones can enjoy their space, too.

Please stay hydrated and take frequent bathroom breaks while you are here. Keep food and drinks at the tables to prevent spills in the play areas.

If you notice a spill, injury, or anything that needs attention, just let one of our team members know right away—we're here to help!
